These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of makeupbynidateam.com and the mobile beauty services provided by Makeup by Nida Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 5255 Yonge Street, North York, ON, M2N 6P4, Canada. By accessing our Website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 Services
Makeup by Nida Inc. provides on-site mobile makeup and beauty services across Canada, including bridal, event, and corporate makeup. Services are delivered by contracted independent artists operating under the Makeup by Nida & Team brand.
02 Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at booking.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
03 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., artist illness, emergency). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
04 Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, location, and timing at booking.
- Clients must notify us of any known skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before services commence.
- We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
05 SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Makeup by Nida Inc. related to your booking, service updates, and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
06 Intellectual Property
All content on makeupbynidateam.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Makeup by Nida Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
07 Photography and Portfolio Use
We may photograph work performed at events for our portfolio and marketing purposes. By booking our services, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing prior to your appointment that you do not consent.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makeup by Nida Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
09 Third-Party Services
Our booking flow uses third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), ActiveCampaign (email), and Meta (advertising). Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
